Body for Life challenge

Just wondering if anyone on this BB has read or done the challenge. If so, I would like to hear your comments. I am new to this BB and thought this would be a good place to start. A friend of mine purchased the book and I am waiting to hear some feedback before trying it. Thanks for any info provided!!

cola - There have been several discussions on this board (and I seem to recall maybe one on the Great Food Board as well) about Body For Life. You can ignore any of my comments as I found out later that my program was not as closely based on the BFL program as I thought http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif ! I tried to post the links here for you, but my mouse is acting up and won't let me copy the link. Just click on "search" and search the two boards for "Body for life" and you should pull up several discussions. Good luck.
