power 90 program

Has anyone tried the Power 90 program? I just saw an infomercial for it on TV. Wondering if it works.

I ordered this over the weekend. Too much food over the Holiday weekend motivated me. I read a couple of reviews on the web. Don't remember the websites but did find some. Most were favorable.

I'll let you know once I get it and start using the program.

Well, I received the Power90 program and this is what you get:
6 Videos and a little booklet explaining their eating program.

The videos include a level 1/2 sculpting, level 1/2 cardio, level 3/4 sculpting, level 3/4 cardio and 2 ab tapes which are repeats of the ab workout on the 2 cardio tapes.

I've decided to start the program this Sunday (Jan 6). I've been sporadically doing the level 1/2 tapes. They are pretty basic but Tony Horton does provide some good instruction for those who are just starting out. You are supposed to move to the level 3/4 tapes when you feel you are ready. I'll probably move to those tapes after a week. I don't really have a lot of weight to lose, just 5 to 10 pounds. I really just want to tone up and i need variety in my workouts so the tapes are something i can add to my collection.

One thing that bothers me is that they are really pushing their "all natural" supplements. I even got a phone call yesterday from a telemarketer. I don't really believe in taking supplements other than vitamins.

Interesting.

On the infomertial, they didn't even make much of a fuss about those supplements. That would make me so mad, someone bugging me when I told them no already.

Is it something you are supposed to do every day?

I too, would just like to tone up.
