For us I was craving MISSINDI's Melt In Your Mouth Sausages that I got from this board many years ago...they are delicious! I've got a folder...
It's usually hit or miss for me if they are dry and tough or not...and I never can decide if it's the cook or the chops...this past NYD I tried a recipe for broiled, which I had never done...
