Loved reading about everyone's special day!
Very low key week-end for me cooking wise...I lost my 82 year old Mom 4/13, so it has been a roller coaster of emotions for my family the past few...
Definitely takes away from the richness as others have said...sometimes I'll sub FF 1/2 & 1/2 for 1/4 to 1/2 C. of the skim milk...makes filling a bit creamier :)
