Oh we eat pork, have a pork butt in the slow cooker now. But we rarely eat veal or lamb. Thanks, think we will try it with the pork chops.;) But then, those lamb chops do look so good.
One of DH favorite soups is Lentil Soup. He made this several days ago and couldn't stop eating it. Even I enjoyed it.;)

Well, looks like DH did it again. Another super delicious dinner. He even did a great job of fixing the leftover rice from last night. Browned it in a skillet with green onions and cilantro. Yummy
