    How to cook Bangers?

My St. Pat's party is tonight and I managed to find Bangers So now how do I cook them?
Boil, fry, broil, grill? With or without gravy? With mash on top or seperate?

    TIA!

Broiled (equivalent to the UK grill) and mash was always just served on the side. I should have put that on my "happily never eat again" list though...can't stand the buggers!

gravy is optional as I can't recall always being served gravy...

Mmmm. I loooove Bangers and Mash. The restaurant I order them in slices them in half the long way and either broils them or pan fries them. They are served with an onion gravy and the mashed potatoes are cheesy in this version. One of my favorite comfort foods, although I've never made them myself. (I really should one of these days)

Pan fry over low heat. Serve with sauted onions, gravy and mashed potatoes. I've never had them with mash on top, unless it was in a sausage pie (like shepherd's/cottage pie).
