This may be unanswerable, but I was wondering if there is a way to figure (ballpark) what the nutiritional specs would be for one-half of a (bagel-shop) sesame bagel that has been COMPLETELY scooped of it's doughy center?
I work for a bagel place and I simply can't give up the sesames.
I have cut back from my regular Sunday sesame with butter. Lately, I have cut the bagel in half, discarded the bottom, scooped out the whole middle (literally, it is down to the shell), toasted it and spread lightly with Earth Balance spread.
