Best nice gift-type pen??

What's a nice pen in the $200-300 range to give as a gift? I know there's Mont Blanc on the upper end of that, but anything else or would that get the most oohs and aahs by the recipient?

Tiffany has silver pens -- I don't know if they are expensive enough though.

I think Cartier also has some kind of pen but am not sure of the price range.
