I was at a crawfish boil the other day and this one was done right. Everything but the kitchen sink went into the pot-crawfish, corn, potatoes, sausage, tasso, artichokes, onion, and celery.

They are so cute! I love the chortling sound they make, but don't mess with them, because they can be vicious!!

I know it doesn't look like it from the pictures, but I did keep my distance. Happy and sweet can turn ugly and snarling so quickly and, in our area they have been know to carry rabies.

I think people may be feeding these by hand. They had NO FEAR of me.

They look so cute but you are right to stay away from them. We had them trying to go into our garbage when we first moved here. Haven't seen any since the area increased in population. Just got back from our cruise so will try and post a picture or two tomorrow.
