Terri A, mini-loaf pans for meatloaf

Hey Terri (or anyone who can help ),

A bunch of us from my supper club are gathering at my house on Sunday to do some batch cooking. I noticed in a meatloaf thread you mentioned cooking your meatloaf in mini-loaf pans. I've always done mine in muffin tins. The muffin size takes about 25 minutes at 350.

How long would you say the mini-loaf pans take to cook? I found some aluminum ones at our grocery store that were 3x5.

    Thanks much!

There's a CL recipe that uses 4X2 1/2-inch pans that bake at 400 for 25 minutes so the ones you have wouldn't take much longer.

I usually cook them about 25-30 minutes at 375, but not longer or they just dry out. And that is sad for a meatloaf .

I do make meatloaf in muffin pans as well sometimes. It's a great way to serve meatloaf for company - a perfect individual serving and it looks cute!
