    won't let me log on

Although it seems that the website recognizes me in the community boards, I am unable to log onto the regular website. I am a CL subscriber so I should be able to log on, right? Is there a problem with the general CL website?

    Thanks,
    C. LaGreca

What are you trying to do that you need to log in for?

You shouldn't be required to log on to access the CL website. Can you describe what's on the screen you are seeing? I'll look into this. Thanks!

It must have just been a glitch in the system. It lasted about 2 or 3 days. When I tried to click on the featured links that were posted for the Thanksgiving meals, the same display picture would come up and there was some message saying that if I wanted to see the articles posted I would have to log on. I would then do that & the same page just kept coming up over and over. It seems to have resolved itself since you've changed the pages.

    Thanks.

Unfortunately, I can't see what you're seeing, since I'm inside the firewall. But I've put in a request to have it checked out. If this happens again, please do a screen grab and post it here or send me an email: kim_cross@timeinc.com.
