    Smile Vegetarian Sausage Recipe

I know it can be hard to find good-tasting vegetarian sausages in the markets, so I came up with a recipe to make a spicy Italian version at home. They are really good, and awesome in recipes that call for sausage! So whether you're veg or just trying to eat healthier, I've posted the recipe and video how to make them on my website (www.everydaydish.tv).

Hi Healthyhedonist. On the homepage, if you click on cooking show, the recipes are on the right side of the page and the videos are on the left. The recipe is called Spicy Italian Vegetarian Sausages.

    Hope you like them!

Your welcome. Its an interesting recipe. I have never had any vegetarian meats. I may have to be brave and try it.

You should try them. They're really good, even just sliced up and dipped in mustard. They're also lowfat, high protein and have no-cholesterol. I like to put them in bean stews and pasta sauces or grilled up in a skillet with a little olive oil. They're also delish on top of pizza.
