    Cherry Ping

There was a CL recipe years ago in an article dedicated to President's Day. I think it had a chocolate meringue pie on the cover. Anyway, there was a recipe in that article that I'm looking for called "Cherry Ping," I think in honor of George Washington. Does anyone have this recipe? I thought it was in my computer and I can't find it.

It's basically a cherry cobbler that's really easy to make, and the crust batter is spooned on and when it's done and you can tap it with your fingernail and it will "ping," hence the name.

Never mind, I found it! After I posted I thought I should have done a search for it first. Actually, I did search it on CL, but not on the forum. Turns out someone posted it, giving me credit for posting it at some earlier time! Go figure. So I had it at some point. Here's a link:

Awesome! Soon you won't be able to name a holiday that we don't have a gallery for...
