How do you store cooked, dried beans in the fridge? With or without their liquid? I got some nice, organic garbanzo's at the farmer's market today. They are just about done, but I probably won't use them until Tuesday or Wednesday.
I keep mine in some liquid--or a lot if I need the actual liquid. I do not store totally dry.
Muffins are for people who don't have the 'nads to order cake for breakfast.

I froze some, with liquid, and put what I needed for later in some liquid as well.
