Spinach Salad with Japanese Ginger Dressing-EW

This is from the Sept/Oct 08 EW. It was delicious! The dressing tasted like what I get in Japanese restaurants. It was easy to put together, colorful and really tasty. I had a bbq and served this-it was a big hit. Here is a link to the recipe:
