    Desktop icon

Well last week I had a Crash, lost a lot of stuff on my computer. Bit by bit I'm getting things back in order, but I don't remember how to get the icon shortcut for my desktop for Mastercook. Can anyone help, thanks

On a PC, you can go to All Programs from your start menu, right click on the mastercook program, then SEND TO...DESKTOP (Create Shortcut). That should do it.

Sometimes you can drag from the start menu, but usually you get the little cute icon by right clicking.

I like the following method for creating shortcuts on desktop:
(Be sure you can see some of your desktop before starting this)
Go to Start>Programs. Then find the MasterCook program file in the list of programs. Right click on the MasterCook program file and while holding the right mouse button down, drag the file icon to the desktop. When you get the icon to the desktop, then you can release the right mouse button. You will see a short list of options. One of which is to create a shortcut. Select the create a shortcut option.

...and early risers. This time change is messing with my sleep.

Me too, a bit. Plus my throat is way scratchy. I hope it's just the weather/altitude change and not a cold.
