I haven't seen the magazine at all, but I'd sure like that recipe, if you'd post it! TIA

It is a publication from BH&G.

They have a digital addition on-line that has the recipe.

I've looked at it in the shops and it looks pretty decent, but, basically I figure with all the vegetarian cookbooks I've got, web sites like epicurious, a VT subscription, and the folks here, I didn't see anything that struck me as especially new, so it would be just one more magazine in a pile I've been busy reducing.

If you're someone who's suddenly faced with having to cook "heart-healthy," I'm sure it would be very useful, especially since it's quite attractively done.

That's interesting, but I typically think of BH&G as the polar opposite of heart healthy cooking. Hopefully the new pub is true to it's name!

That asparagus recipe does sound good. DH has learned to like asparagus (lucky for me!), but I really only have 2 solid go-to recipes. Would love to have another.

Bob - I hear ya about already having enough cookbooks/magazines/etc. I just got the Bittman veggie cookbook from the library. It's so flippin' huge, it's overwhelming. Not even sure how to fit it in my kitchen!!
