I have flagged quite a few recipes to try from this month's CL. I started with this recipe on Sunday. The only difference from the recipe was that I used regular pork loin. I don't think I'll be able to find heritage pork loins where I live.
It was a solid recipe with flavor profiles that are similar to other pork loin recipes that I have tried. So good...but not necessarily unique. However, I do think it would make a nice meal for a special occasion.
