Log In Problems

For the past week or so, I have had major problems trying to access this board. Anyone else having problems? I have to try 3 or 4 times, and most of the time I am unsuccessful. I have to post my name and password each time. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

I've had that problem for the past 6 weeks or so, that is when I can actually GET on the boards.

Same here...annoying to say the least! I didn't used to have to enter my log-in info each time but in the last several weeks (months-who knows here time goes!!) I have and I too find it incredibly bothersome...especially when i forget until I need it and then it does not take me back to the place I was!

It seems to have gone a bit better today; at least it's remembering my name so I don't have to login each time. Still takes 5-10 mins to open a message or reply.

I thought it was just my and my crappy work PC and the idiotic security networks we have to use, if it's everyone hopefully they will sort it.

You are not alone!!! There have been numerous posts with complaints. Check "other stuff" and "technical questions" under the main board of Community - CookingLight.com. It's been very frustrating.
sneezles has taught me to check the box "remember me" which has made it easier to log in.

Yes, we do have tech support working on this problem. I wasn't able to post yesterday because the servers were timing out for me too!

The BB main page is working perfectly at this point, and thus far today it looks like the rest of the BB is loading a bit slowly but is working. We're sorry for the problems, but we are working on them and should have this solved very soon.

If any of you continue to have this issue, please e-mail me at cl_comeditor@timeinc.com and let me know.

I have added that email address to my address book!

Oh, and FWIW my latest way to access the board was through CL's home page - Community - message boards. Then I got an error message. After that I clicked "refresh" and arrived at the main message board.

i'm having problems when i post. it wont redirect me when i log in, and it wont post my replies.... i've been having the problems a few weeks and i thought it was just my comuputer!:mad:

This board pretty much hasn't been working for me since the last maintenance. It just spins trying to open topics.
