I have two recipes I want to make today, (cream of cauliflower soup and skillet chicken with veggies), and both require a couple of tablespoons of fat-free chicken broth. I'd like to know how long I can keep the balance of a large can of chicken broth locked tightly in Tupperware in the refrigerator once I open it. I can't bear to lose the entire can for just 3 tablespoons. Or, must I! Thanks.
