I love seeing what others have on their menus. We're getting new kitchen counters this week (among a few other things--not a total kitchen renov. though) so I'll be cooking from the freezer. Here's what we're having:

    Monday
    Chicken Marsala, garden salad

    Tuesday
Asian Flank Steak, steamed rice pilaf, steamed veggies

    Wednesday
    Pizza Burgers, carrot sticks

    Thursday
    leftovers

    Friday
    leftovers

    Saturday
grilled steak or pork roast (pre-marinated already in the freezer), garden salad, baked potatoes

    Sunday
Make-Your-Own Pizza night (we use the pizza crusts purchased in by the case from our local wholesale club then shared with our friends/neighbors. Then we just add our own toppings and bake. Even the kids can create their own pizza combinations. It's a super easy way to let everyone have the pizza they like)

The end of the week is usually super busy and this week DD's having a sleepover (she's GOING, they're not coming here!) so leftovers work best for us as we usually have some!

Trying to get back on the menu wagon and stop eating out so much!

    Monday
Spaghetti Squash (It was sprouted, so we ditched it and had egg sandwiches made from the eggs that fell off the counter and cracked, but didn't split all the way; served with warm applesauce)

    Tuesday
Soup (The person who's supposed to host sewing circle tonight hasn't announced yet. If I don't go to sewing circle, we'll have baked potatoes.)

    Wednesday
    Sweet Potato Chicken Curry CL

    Thursday
Tangerine Stir-Fried Beef with Onions and Snow Peas

    Friday
Pizza and salad (frozen pizza, unfortunately)

    Saturday
Out at a memorial service for DH's grandfather

    Sunday
    Grilled Flank steak, potatoes, veggies
I'll spend the day baking cookies, which are my contribution to our 60-person Thanksgiving!

    Thanks for letting me play!
