I have some leftover oven fried chicken --- basically boneless skinless chicken that was dipped in egg white, coated with breadcrumbs, a bit of parm, sauteed in a pan, then finished cooking in the oven.

I had more chicken than I thought, and I just cooked up the whole thing.

I was wondering if I can freeze it, or will it just lose too much (I'm fine with it losing some crunch), or should I just finish it off in the next few days.
