    Help! Meatloaf mix question

I'm making a recipe for bolognese that calls for meatloaf mix, which I'm normally able to find. However, the supermarket didn't have it today, so I bought a pound each of ground sirloin (93%), pork, and veal.

Does anyone know what the typical ratio is in meatloaf mix? Is it generally equal parts of each, or more ground beef? I asked the butcher, but even he didn't know.

Not that anyone will really be able to taste the difference either way...

    I think it's typically 2 parts beef, 1 pork, 1 veal.

Meatloaf mixes around here are equal parts beef, pork and veal. But a little more of one of the others wouldn't effect a bolognese.

I agree on the equal parts though I do use ground turkey breast instead of veal.
