I did not realize the rivalry that existed between him and Trotter. Interesting.

Last time we were at Alinea they served one course that was being worked on for the Paris theme at Next. Honestly, can't remember what it was (could look on the menu if anyone is interested) but what I do remember is the absolutely gorgeous china, stemware and silver. Of the time period. Exceptionally beautiful. And to know you were handling things that old. And they gave it to us after at least 10 wine pairings - now that is bold. Experiencing an entire meal served on antiques such as that would be quite a memorable dinner.

I cannot wait to get tickets for Next. We better have a job fund soon.
