That's the correct recipe for the Brisket. Thanks for posting it, Angela. I use the whole bottle of beer, and decrease the water by that amount. I also use the spice packet that comes with the corned beef.
I think I found the horseradish cream sauce recipe on Epicurious, but I'm not sure because I just have it written on a sticky note.
Horseradish Cream Sauce
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup horseradish
3 T chopped chives
2 t lemon juice
Combine ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
