I made Tyler Florence's teriyaki sauce recipe last weekend and have some left - how long does it keep in the fridge? It was good, but not quite what I think of as a traditional teriyaki.
1/2 cup soy sauce (used low sodium tamari)
2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Juice of 2 oranges
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon ginger, peeled and minced
1/2 cup scallion, chopped
2 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
With the scallions and garlic being fresh you have about 5 days in the refrigerator.
