I found something new to me in the grocery store - to bok - I'm sure about the bok part but not the to part. I tried searching but no success so I may be way off. It was a white root vegetable with a greenish top, shaped similar to a slender rutebega with a delicate crisp flavor raw, similar to daikon. Cooked it was more like rutebega and not as nice. I'm pretty sure it is in the radish/cabbage family but haven't been able to track it down. Any ideas?
