Need a gift idea for someone going into nutrition field

I'm sure there are some nutritionists on this site and would like an idea for my son's girlfriend who is going into the field of nutrition. She has already been thru college, worked for 6 years and is returning to school to study nutrition. Any ideas would be welcome.

Does she need any new school items?
I went back as a returning student and HOLY CATS on the price of books.
She may need a calculator to do formula conversions, organic chem, etc.
Spa day from the stress of school
