Grilled Chicken Thighs with Ancho-Tequila Glaze-CL-7/12

and Grilled Corn, Poblano and Black Bean Salad from the same issue- This was maybe the best dinner I have had in ages! The chicken may just be the best ever. We loved it and it wasn't very difficult. The most time consuming thing was grilling all the veggies for the salad. I can't wait for lunch!

I always click on your reviews (thanks so much for posting them). Your dinners often sound fantastic.

So when you say "maybe the best dinner in ages" ..... I am definitely off to check out the recipe. How could I not.

    Thanks again!

These were both on my list to try. Glad to hear they are good.

Thanks Terry! I agree with applecrisp. I can always count on your reviews. This one's on the menu for this weekend.

Well, as usual, Terry & I are on the same page with recipes, including this one!

Of course, I've never gone wrong with a Raichlen recipe. This was one of the best smelling (and best looking) grill recipes I've made in a long time.

We cooked both of these recipes tonight and they were fantastic! The only change I made was to use the boneless skinless chicken thighs that I had in the freezer. Standing on the patio in the heat was pretty uncomfortable but absolutely worth it. The salad was great and there is only a tiny portion left for our lunch.
