    Iso: Panna Cotta

I'd like to try Panna cotta tomorrow but all the recipes I am finding have three cups of cream in them. Anyone have a T&T recipe to share that's a little lighter?

Would also be open to other no bake recipes I can serve to company. It's supposed to be mid 90s tomorrow and DH is not going to let me turn on the oven!

Well, CL has 6 different recipes:

Other no-bake dessert ideas: Pies made with purchased graham or cookie crusts. Here's an old thread on icebox desserts that include two of my favorites, Cherry Cheese Pie and No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Pie

Made a trifle by modifying a Giada recipe. Thanks for the links and ideas! Didn't realize Panna cotta had to chill for so long!
