PBS's Supercut of Julia Child Moments Set to 'Sweet Child of Mine

    This is wonderful.

This coming August 15th would have been Julia Child's 100th birthday, and WGBH, the Boston PBS station that produced and aired The French Chef, is celebrating by showing extra episodes of Child's classic cooking show. To start off the month, WGBH posted this video of their favorite snippets of The French Chef set to the wailings of Guns 'n' Roses' 'Sweet Child of Mine.' Get it? It's her last name

Axl Rose is the lead singer of Guns n Roses. Sweet Child is one of their huge hits.

I just finished reading her "My Life in France" and it was very interesting, I highly recommend it.

She was born 3 days after my Gram... I wish that they were both still around (healthy and happy and still cooking, of course!).
