I have an an existing QB company and created a new one. In my existing company, when I create an invoice it combines all a persons hours into one billable line item. I cant figure out how to do this in the new co. Even when go to teh tine and changes section and click on combine hours, it does not work.
I am also tyring to create a repot that shows what monthly billables are. ie. I pick a date rate range and it shows me what we invoiced for that month.
I asked my sister because she uses Quickbooks, but she doesn't use that part. She suggested you export and then import the invoice template that works properly.
