Rancho Gordo Order Now I Need Recipe Ideas

I just placed an order with Rancho Gordo for some beans...

Garbanzo
Pinto
Tepary Bean
Ayocote Morado Bean (Purple Runner)

I can find lots of recipes for Garbanzo and will use the pinto beans for refried beans but what would you suggest for the others?

I haven't cooked either of those varieties, but in the Rancho Gordo cookbook there a tasty sounding recipe for scarlet runner beans in chile sauce with stuffed squash blossoms, and one for tepary bean tacos with buffalo and bacon!
