Les, thanks for starting off the September thread!
Nice job on the 10 miler. Hadn't realized there was so much rain down there. Guess someone had to get all the rain we didn't get this summer (not complaining!).
Hope too that we get to Skype on Labour Day

We are barbecuing today with a friend and I have no idea what to make. Had tons of ideas from perusing a cookbook this week but now feel pretty lazy about executing them
I've been running and spinning quite regularly and today ran 9 miles
The friend with whom I plan to do a half marathon this fall clocks her runs in miles because she reads Runner's World. So I told her I'd do 9 miles today
Most Canadians calculate their runs in kms, of course.
Hi to Vicci, Cheryl (back to school now and getting into the thick of marathon training?), MinEaston, Heather (how's the recovery coming along), Susan, and everyone else!
Have a wonderful long weekend, everyone!!!
