Anyone know if/how to freeze quiche?

I have a favorite CL garden quiche recipe that I make. Since it's end of summer, I'd like to make a few and use up some of the last of the summer harvest. Does anyone know if/how to freeze quiche to enjoy later? How long does it keep?

    Thank you!

I have frozen quiche both inside and outside the crust. My favorite way to freeze quiche is just to mix up the ingredients in a ziplock bag and then freeze. I let it defrost in the fridge overnight and then either bake crustless or pour into a crust.

I freeze quiche in the crust and also in the bag. Both work well although in the bag seems to last longer. It is nice to just pull out and use.

you can freeze them, double wrapped in foil first, then plastic, for two months at least.
