I tried this recipe from the August 2012 edition of Cooking Light and I'm hooked! I don't usually like chicken thighs but the marinade does something incredible to them! I have also used the marinade on pork tenderloin and it was fabulous! Thank you Cooking Light

Welcome to the board, Michele. We have many different opinions and I have listened to all. I have learned to use thighs because they are tastier and I can skim fat. Pork loin recipes are often wonderful. Stay with us.
