Too late for this year awesome Valentine's Day Sprinkle Cookies

I made these for DD#1's class party and they were a huge hit. The chocolate recipe is from The Kitchen Is My Playground and the Vanilla (Biscoff) recipe is my own.

I was just going to say you can change it with the holidays/seasons. Probably would work for St. Patrick's day too.

I was staring at the Easter sprinkles just tonight at the grocery store and thinking I just have promoted these cookies as working with any holiday. The pastel Easter sprinkles especially would be striking against the darker chocolate cookies.
