What's your favorite strata??

I want to make a strata for a brunch I have coming up. I did a search and found so many recipes that now I am completely confused! Do you have any favorites? I would especially love any reviews on the Golden Onion strata with proscuitto from May 2000.

While we are at it...maybe side dish ideas as well??

I am partial to the Overnight Artichoke and Ham Strata - it always turns out well for me, and it seems like someone is always asking for the recipe whenever I serve it. For sides, I usually make some muffins and a fresh fruit compote with mint.
