Black Bean Soup/Beef Stroganoff

The Black Bean and Sausage Soup from Complete Cooking
Light is superb. I know it's been said before but it was great
and easy!
On another note, I tried the Beef Stroganoff recipe from
the January Cooks Illustrated and we really liked it.
I was wondering how it compares to the 98 Cooking
Light beef stroganoff recipe.
