    skewers for tortellini kabobs?

I want to make the cold tortellini kabobs mentioned on another post. What can I thread them on for appetizers? Toothpicks are too small. I do have some wooden (ie disposable) skewers for BBQ but they are way too long, and impossible to cut without splintering. I want to take them to our book club party tomorow. TIA.

You can get those wooden skewers in just about any size, so I'd check at your grocery store or local kitchen gadget place for the smaller skewers. I've served these many times, BTW, and they always go fast!

    Good luck.

How about plastic swizzle sticks? You could have fun with that, and get a cute design... you should be able to find them at a party store, if not the grocery.

I make these fairly often. I just cut the ends off. I also make this as a side salad ( alot easier if it doesn't have to be finger food).
People seem to like this recipe alot. Good luck.
