ISO: Nutritional Info for Basil Shrimp with Feta and Orzo

I made the Greek Style Scampi last night and DF and I really enjoyed it, but after reading all of the reviews, more people seem to prefer the Basil Shrimp and I'd love to give that one a try. I have the Basil Shrimp recipe - it has been posted many times - but none of the posts I found contain the nutritional info. Would someone mind posting it?

According to MasterCook, this is the nutritional info. But as we all know, sometimes MasterCook can be a little bit off.

Anyway, at least I am bumping this up for you to see if anyone else might have the information from the magazine.

    assuming four servings:

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 255 Calories; 8g Fat (29.3% calories from fat); 23g Protein; 21g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 146mg Cholesterol; 477mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 Grain(Starch); 3 Lean Meat; 1/2 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 1 Fat.

Thank you valchemist! That's a start, anyway. Hopefully someone will have the magazine and can post the info from it.
