I suddenly have a craving for milkshakes! Please post your best recipes, I would love to see what creative ideas you all have. My personal fave is milk with vanilla ice cream, a banana, and some Kahlua. Yum!

Yum! My favorite milkshake is a chocolate milkshake. Take some vanilla ice cream, add powdered Nestle Quik (chocolate) and some milk. Blend it up, and enjoy. It is soooo good.
I also love strawberry. Take vanilla ice cream, add frozen, sweetened strawberries and milk, blend. The sweetened strawberries add a really good taste.
Butter Pecan milkshakes are really good, too. Just blend up milk, butter pecan ice cream, and add some toasted pecans.
Um, were you wanting low/fat recipes?![]()

Sorry I don't have any exact measurements- we usually just wing it depending on what we have on hand. DH & I usually whip up a chocolate banana shake: vanilla frozen yogurt (or light ice cream), vanilla soy milk, Hershey's syrup (though Chocolate Malt Ovaltine works in a pinch!) and fresh banana. Yum!

Whenever I visit my brother's farm near Hershey, PA, I try to make a "Hershey run": a quick trip to Chocolate World for one of their delicious chocolate shakes. It's about the best chocolate shake I've ever had. Though I've not made it at home, I've noted the ingredients they use.
chocolate ice cream
chocolate milk
chocolate syrup
Amounts and ratios are up to each individual.
