Jan Belle -
just added one more to our age range - and I'm a year ahead of you - 57! Mostly I just lurk on the BB, but occasionally I post something. I, too, have lost many pounds (30) within the past year (DH lost 40!), and think that life is absolutely great just now!! DH says that you might as well enjoy life....it's not a dress rehearsal!! Love the comments and suggestions that everyone else posts. Also love all the good recipes in CL (duh!!).

Mimi, good for you and your DH for your weight loss! I actually enjoy shopping for clothes now.

I'm also new to the BB and I'm overwhelmed with all the buttons/gadgets, etc..... I don't know about you but I sure need a tutorial on how to use the bb well. I saw somewhere on the
"what is your age" post how to do italics. Maybe there is someone reading this post tonight that could direct us to a help section on how to use the smiley/sad faces etc.... I feel like an techno
idiot but I would also like info. on how to add a graphic by our name. They are too cool!

Last summer we visited Nova Scotia and had a wonderful time touring your beautiful island. From there we traveled to PEI. A return trip is a must for us!

Carolyn, Jan Belle, and Alisa - thanks for the info. Yes, I'm just feeling my way along with regards to posting on the BB. I appreciate the helpful hints!! And yes! I too now enfoy buying new clothes - just bought some new shorts and tank tops last week, now that I am down to a size 10/12!!! What fun!!
