    Question Looking for another book review....

    Does anyone own this book???

    Smokehouse Ham, Spoon Bread & Scuppernong Wine : The Folklore and Art of Southern Appalachian Cooking
    by Joseph Earl Dabney, John Egerton

    I ran into it at a folkart fair on our travels last week (and couldn't fit it onto the bike to bring back home)....

    Anyone own this and make anything from it???

    Someone gave it to me as a Christmas present and it makes interesting reading but I've never made anything from it. I wouln't have bought it for myself.
