Thumbs up Review - Jerk Turkey Cutlets

Made these tonight. Very easy; very good; AND VERY SPICY!
As the recipe says, don't be intimidated by all the ingredients for the marinade; all of them get thrown into the food processor together (I used my mini Cuisinart & it worked great). As I said, they're very hot, but the cranberry salsa is a very good antidote. We're big fans of Jimmy Bannos & his Heaven on Seven restaurants here in Chicago. Cajun food. If you've never been, add it to your list of worthwhile restaurants in Chicago.
Served them with a modification of the rosemary mashed potatoes from the same, November issue. I left out the onions, used sour cream instead of yogurt, added extra salt, & added some cheddar. Great dinner!

Thanks for the review Ralph! I'm looking forward to trying these. Maybe since I've already had Thanksgiving here in Canada, I could have them for American Thanksgiving... (always looking for excuses to eat more turkey!)

    Thanks, Ralph.

You may have just given me the way to get my family to eat turkey!

Thanks Ralph for reviewing this! When perusing my November CL, my boyfriend was very interested in these recipes - I will have to pass the good news on to him. I may even let him make it for me!
