YUM!!!!
Made this last night as I had everything at home and wanted something to take to the beach today!
This rocked! I cut up the chicken, mixed the spices in a zip lock and coated the pieces that way instead of just sprinkling...I wanted more coverage
DH and I both really enjoyed this. Next time I would add a touch more vinegar it needed a little more tang to balance out the sweet IMO. This would also be wonderful on top of cous cous or barley as it's plenty "wet" enough..don't want to waste any of that flavor!
We're not big salad people, and this was unusual enough to want to try. I'm glad I did! It looked exactly like the picture and the serving was a pretty good size. WW: 5pts.
