Help !!!!!!! Cool Whip QUESTION !

I am trying to make the Peanut Butter-Banana Cream Pie onff the cover of the newest Cooking Light and I have run into a problem. I am in Canada and the frozen whipped topping is sold in containers that are one litre. The recipe calls for the 8 ounce packages you guys down south have ??? How many cups about would that be do you think ?

Please help - the crust is already in the oven

Just checked the 8oz container. It has 50 tbs, divide by 16tbs per cup = 3.125 cups.
