ISO spice organizer for my drawer

I'm sure these are sold all over the place, but I don't want to drive around searching for one. Does anyone know where I can buy a drawer organizer that holds spice jars? I've seen pictures of them - graduated shelves that hold the jars horizontally. I'm tried of spinning my lazy susan in vain trying to find what I need. TIA for any suggestions.

You should be able to find them at any hardware store that sells cabinetry. However, be warned - your spice jars may not fit (as I found out, the hard way). The jars don't sit completely horizontally, but at an angle, and depending on the height of your drawer and the height of your jars, they might be too tall.

The Container Store has most everything you could think of for organizing drawers, whether it be kitchen or other rooms.

How about Crate and Barrel? Lillian Vernon? I got a catalog from a place called Hold Everything. I think they have a web site too! Here it is: http://www.williams-sonomainc.com/com/hld/

    You can make one!

In this month's Cook's Illustrated (June 2002), page 5, they give two ideas for making simple spice racks for drawers, once using expansion curtain rods (!) and one using dowels. check it out! Martha

I did the curtain rod thing and it works GREAT! I had trouble finding the graduated spice rack thing. So now all my Penzey spices are lined up in 4 rows.

How are you Martha....we must get together soon!

Thanks everyone. I'll check out the article in Cook's Illustrated. If that doesn't work I'll venture over to The Container Store.

I'm digging up this old thread to see if anyone has a photo of the curtain rod or dowel rod idea. Cooks Illustrated has a subscriber only web site, right?? I think it would work perfect for me - I just have all mine vertical in a big drawer and they don't stay the most organized (in a large part due to a toddler).
