How do you roast a chicken breast. I have a buch of boneless" chicken breast.
I'm sure there are other, more professional techniques out there, but my fail-safe method for roasting turkey breasts is to use Reynolds oven bags. They come in different sizes, so the smallest bag should work for 4-6 chix breasts, I would think. Just shake a Tbsp flour in the bag, throw in some celery with leaves, carrot, onion, peppercorns, bay leaf and garlic if you want. Place the chicken breasts in the bag, tie it up and make a few slits for steam to vent, and you'll have juicy, flavorful chicken in no time -- AND most important, no mess to clean up!
