    Question Anyone tried Turkey Tenderloin?

Albertsons had Turkey Store packaged 'Turkey Breast Tenderloins' on sale yesterday for $3.99/lb and I bought a package of two that look about 7" long and about 3" wide. The guy next to me at the store was stocking up, and said they're fork tender after they're grilled, but I was thinking of putting them in my stovetop smoker tonight with a good rub. I never even thought that turkeys had tenderloins! Anyone tried these or did I just pay $3.99/lb for plain turkey breast!

    Jewel,
There was a thread not too long ago for recipes ofr turkey tenderloins. I have used the CL rub that I think is in the CL Complete.

I've never bought or cooked with it, but I had it at a friends house and it was very good. They did grill it and it did come out fork tender. Yummy.

I used these to do the famous crockpot Turkey/cranberry/onion soup packet recipe last winter. They worked very well. I just reduced the cooking time a little.

Thanks everyone! I found the more recent thread... sorry. Shoulda looked first.

I've got a Mesquite Garlic Rub that I picked up at the Garlic Festival that I'm going to use on the tenderloins, then smoke them. DH is asking for the Roasted Asparagus with Browned Balsamic Butter so I'm on an Asparagus Hunt this afternoon!
